What if we’ve already booked some of our vendors?

All of my packages are customized to your wedding and situation! That’s why I can only offer a “starts at” price here. A simpler wedding with a smaller guest count shouldn’t be locked into the same price as another wedding with multiple events and twice the guests! YOUR wedding is and will be different from any other wedding I have ever planned!

Event Management

This is for the couple that’s planned it all, but doesn’t want friends and family working on your wedding day.

Unlimited communication during business hours 6 weeks before the big day

Regular meetings and check ins starting 6 weeks out

Floor plan design

Timeline design for the entire weekend

Point of Contact for all of your vendors

Onsite Coordination of your entire wedding day ensuring vendors are present, visual elements are executed properly, and managing timing of toasts, dances, and programming.

That’s why I offer custom packages! Concerned your design needs help? I can add a design consult to your package. Is your guest list all over the place and you’re worried it won’t come together in time? I have software for that! I’m here to address all of your needs from our initial phone call.

Actually, they are almost identical! Perhaps our relationship together begins 9 months before your wedding, but you have all of your checklists scribbled on paper and 1 million Pinterest boards with no cohesive design and still need a videographer. I enter the relationship, organize it all and we determine what is left to be done.

We’ve planned all the details for you so you can show up and have a weekend away with your closest friends and family. For 10 guests max

Lodging for 3 days, 2 nights
